Treata Environmental’s (Treata) team of Scientists and Engineers have developed a new proprietary waste conversion technology to both concentrate and convert PFAS to inert sodium fluoride. Treata’s concentration technology is based on simple foam fractionation. This technology can be operated at any location (it is modular and can be bolted together to provide significant concentration capability). Unlike most common processes used by large environmental cleaning companies to treat contaminated water merely concentrate the PFAS into a waste solution, which then requires disposal, Treata’s new waste conversion technology provides a technique that will completely destroy the PFAS compounds and convert them into a final inert sodium fluoride product. Treata’s technology has been developed with an Australian Research Council Grant that
